GOOGLE – THE FIRST HUMANOID

Lafarge needed to move its employee email server from lotus notes to Gmail. But before that they needed to make the employees shift from lotus notes to Gmail. As the employees were habituated to lotus notes, they were reluctant to use anything else. So Lafarge launched a global campaign in 64 countries to promote Gmail and its user-friendly features. In Bangladesh, we proposed a life-sized robot beside traditional communication materials. The robot named Mr.G symbolizing smart Gmail could detect human presence, look at them, nod its head and deliver different messages intuitively. This generated huge interest among the employees and within a week everybody in Bangladesh head office shifted to Gmail. Bangladesh became the first country to shift entirely.
